About Michelle Lestas

I am a business leader and serial entrepreneur. My business leadership book will be published November 2020 https://orpenpress.com/books/in-business-with-yourself/ and is the result of 20 years as a business leadership executive coach, working with CEOs in large organisations and small business. I am the founder of identity-led business growth and use this throughout my work. I have worked across all disciplines in the UK, Ireland and Europe. I have specialised in leadership, ownership, innovation, strategy, funding and investment – including significant work on accessing grant funding and tender bids. As the co-founder of the Good Food and Wine Company brand I have been successfully growing this into an important food production and retail business with product sales across the globe.
